Have you ever met someone who managed to overcome all adversities, privately or professionally, and bounce back even stronger? I feel deep appreciation for such people who prove that there is no more resilient material than human spirit. Maybe you are one of them? Or maybe, luckily, you haven’t had too much situations in your life to demonstrate your resilience, but you still have that quality in yourself.

Susan Mazza in her blog post published in September on RandomActsOfLeadership.com, says that the key to be resilient is to know not only your goals, but WHY achieving those goals matters to you. “It is your ‘why’ that will be the source of your choice to keep going no matter what.”, says Susan Mazza.
